

Together with seven colleagues, the Field Services team visited one of our loyal service support customers to collaborate with the local team on further optimising their uptime.
Our approach: on-site education. By introducing new team members directly to the customer’s environment system, which includes over 12 PLCs and complex pallet flows, we ensure they gain a deeper understanding of the system. This allows us to provide even better and more tailored support.
Visiting the customer is also always a great opportunity to meet with on-site colleagues and strengthen our service together. Nice going to Stijn van Paridon, Jurre Raijmaekers, Niels Drummen, Michael Penning, Jim van Domburg, Tycho Hendrikx and Geoffrey van Gils for extending their knowledge while on the job.
