Take Eric van Hest: he joined CSi in 1988 as a machine fitter. Seven years later, he moved into engineering, eventually into a leadership position with the new-build projects. In 2008, he wanted more customer interaction, and that opportunity came in our Service department. Since then, Eric has taken on six different roles, growing into his current position as Global Sales Manager Service. In his own words:
