As Area Sales Manager Service (ASMS), you will be responsible for driving service sales and executing strategic plans within your designated region being Benelux, Spain, Portugal and France. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key customer accounts, and develop new business opportunities to achieve regional targets. Working closely with cross-functional teams and service partners, you will ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success and regional business growth, contributing to CSi’s journey of servitisation, service transformation, and asset management excellence — where services, reliability, and long-term customer value creation are central to our strategy. Travelling is required for an average of 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Strategy Planning
Define regional service sales potentials and strategy in line with the LS Global Strategy.
Develop and implement regional sales plans and actions to meet targets.
Service Sales Management
Achieve defined regional sales targets.
Manage and utilize service partners effectively within your region.
Prepare and negotiate proposals to professionalize service sales.
Business Development & Account Management
Identify and develop new leads and opportunities.
Understand customer profiles and their asset management policies.
Define and execute customer sales plans using the RAD model.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through appropriate service agreements.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Teamwork
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Project Teams to hand over opportunities and finalize proposals.
Understand how LS products and services impact customer productivity (OEE).
Develop joint strategy to optimize service offerings and product reliability.

What do we offer?
Depending on experience, the salary ranges between €4500 and €7500 gross per month;
